Made to order. Nothing ships from a shelf. Your lamp is cut, foiled, soldered, wired and left lit for a day before it's boxed, which is why dispatch takes 7–12 business days. You get a photograph of the finished shade before it leaves.

How we pack it. Every lamp travels in a double-layer corrugated box, lined with foam cut to fit the shade and base exactly so nothing shifts in transit. It's been through repeated drop testing and holds up well in the mail.

Returns. Because every lamp is made to order, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. Faulty wiring, a cracked panel, or anything else that's our doing, we'll ship you a new piece.
