Custom work. We can sometimes cut a pattern in a colorway or a size that is not listed. Tell us the pattern name and what you have in mind.

Bulk orders. We take orders in quantity for hotels, restaurants, shops and anyone fitting out more than a room. Tell us the pattern, the sizes and how many you need, and we will send a price and a lead time.

If something arrived damaged. Photograph the box and the lamp before unpacking any further, then write to us.
